A New Beginning Troubleshooting Your Keurig
You may know us from our previous site keurigtroubleshooting.com, however due to Green Mountain Coffee not being happy, after two years mind you, with us trying to help their customers where they couldn’t, we were forced to take that site down. Despite providing what we feel is more helpful, practical and honest advice to what Keurig provides they were not interested in working together to keep a popular site open.
Despite this set back we feel we can still provide real help to Keurig coffee lovers and so have brought the content of our previous site across to this new one. We will continue to add content, answer your emails and help the best we can to get you back into coffee making action.
Now, as much as we enjoy the coffee from our Keurig B60, every so often it does cause a problem or two. Those little gremlins seem to pop their heads up just when you don’t need them; which can be a little frustrating to say the least.
Despite the design and quality of the coffee brewers from Keurig they do have their problems. What we have assembled under our Problems With Your Keurig Coffee Brewer section is some of the most common issues we have come across. If you have other Keurig issues you would like included on our site then certainly do get in touch and we would be happy to see what we can do. You can do this by clicking here or using the Contact Us option from the menu on the sidebar to the right.
In addition to covering the most common problems that can arise with your Keurig, we have also brought you more useful information that we hope will enable you to make the most of your Keurig brewer.
We have been working away on trying to improve the site for our readers, and this has included a new template and new and faster servers. We have also got back on track with answering email questions; with 20 to 30 emails a day it does take a little while to get back into the swing of them.
In addition we have been working on some Video Tutorials that go through how to repair certain components of your Keurig brewer. We hope this will help more people to attempt repairs where their machine is clearly out of warranty and the only other option is go out and buy another one. We are uploading the videos as we produce them and then get them edited, so more should be added on a regular basis. The most recent we have finished is how to safely remove the outer casing to your Keurig machine, one of the hardest steps in any Keurig repair. Although not a repair in itself, it is necessary in order to replace parts such as the power transformer or water pump.
In addition to continuing the video work we will be revamping the Troubleshooting Guide page. We will be setting more issues / faults, providing a simple solution section and then an advanced solution section (if the simple approach hasn’t worked). We will then link to the Keurig accessories or replacement parts you require for any repair and the appropriate Video Tutorial if you require any guidance. We hope this approach we make fault diagnose much easier for our readers and guide them on their way back to enjoying great Keurig coffee.
Thank you
